Untangling personal relationships is challenging and professional counsel is often required. If you and your ex-partner cannot easily agree on how to move forward from two homes, Randy B.F. Campbell provides professional legal counsel to help you:

  • create a situation that is best for your child or children;
  • assert your wishes regarding ongoing support;
  • advance your interest in the assets you shared and must now divide;
  • protect your well-being from the threat of domestic violence;
  • negotiate, amend, and finalize out-of-court agreements;
  • obtain, vary, or enforce court orders related to your separation;

If you and your ex-partner are able to cooperate it may be more efficient to attempt mediation before hiring your own professional legal counsel. For family focused mediation services contact Waterstone Law in Charlottetown PEI.
